Introducing Android Earthquake Alerts in India Emergency

 

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Android Earthquake Alerts were not yet widely available in India. However, Google had been working on expanding the availability of this feature to more regions, including India, as part of its commitment to public safety.

Android Earthquake Alerts use data from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and other sources to provide real-time earthquake information and alerts to Android users in areas prone to seismic activity. These alerts can provide valuable seconds of warning before potentially damaging shaking reaches your location, giving people time to take cover or evacuate if necessary.

To check if Android Earthquake Alerts are now available in India, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure Your Android Version is Up to Date: Make sure you have the latest version of the Android operating system on your device.

2. Check Location Settings Go to your device's Settings > Location and make sure location services are enabled.

3. Search for "Emergency Alerts" 

In your device's Settings, you may find a section related to emergency alerts or public safety alerts. Look for earthquake alerts or similar options.

4. Install Google's Earthquake Alerts App: If the feature is available in India, Google may have released a dedicated Earthquake Alerts app. You can search for it on the Google Play Store.

5. Stay Informed: Enable alerts and notifications for earthquake alerts to receive timely warnings if you're in an affected area.

Please note that the availability of Android Earthquake Alerts may vary by region and may have been updated since my last knowledge update in 2021. It's a valuable tool for staying informed and safe during seismic events.

அதன் பெயரில் புழங்கும் ஐபோன் 15 மோசடிக்கு எதிராக இந்திய அஞ்சல் நிறுவனம் எச்சரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளது. அதிகாரப்பூர்வமற்ற போர்ட்டல்கள் அல்லது இணைப்புகள் மூலம் கிளிக் செய்வதன் மூலம் இலவச iPhone 15 மற்றும் பிற பரிசுகளை வழங்கும் போலிச் செய்தியும் இந்தச் செய்தியில் உள்ளது.

புதிய ஐபோன் 15 மோசடி தொடர்பாக இந்திய அஞ்சல் பயனர்களுக்கு சிவப்புக் கொடியை உயர்த்தியுள்ளது. தகவல் தொடர்பு அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள அஞ்சல் துறை, அதன் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ கணக்கு X (முன்னர் ட்விட்டர் என அறியப்பட்டது) மூலம் அதன் பெயரில் பரவும் ஒரு மோசடி செய்தி குறித்து பயனர்களை எச்சரித்துள்ளது. ஃபிஷிங் செய்தியில், இந்தியா போஸ்ட் ஒரு புத்தம் புதிய iPhone 15ஐ நண்பர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டால், அதிர்ஷ்டசாலி வெற்றியாளர்களுக்கு வழங்குவதாக தவறாகக் கூறுகிறது.

"தயவுசெய்து கவனமாக இருங்கள்! இந்தியா போஸ்ட் எந்தவொரு அதிகாரப்பூர்வமற்ற போர்டல் மூலமாகவோ அல்லது இணைப்பு மூலமாகவோ எந்த விதமான பரிசையும் வழங்குவதில்லை.. இந்தியா போஸ்ட் தொடர்பான எந்த தகவலுக்கும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வலைத்தளத்தைப் பின்தொடரவும்.. Indiapost.gov.in" என்று இந்திய இடுகையின் எச்சரிக்கை ட்வீட் கூறுகிறது. .

*👉அப்டீனா என்ன? அடுத்ததா என்ன செய்யனும்?*

*🔷தங்களது 12 மாத ஊதியத்தில் ஒரு மாத ஊதியத்தை வருமான வரியாகச் செலுத்தி வரும் அரசு ஊழியர்கள் & ஆசிரியர்களில் அநேகருக்கு 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022 உள்ளிட்ட கணக்கீட்டு ஆண்டுகளில் Outstanding Demand இருப்பதாகக் கூறி கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாக Notice வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. நடப்பு ஆண்டில் தமிழ்நாடு முழுக்கவே பெரும்பான்மையினருக்கு இந்த Notice email மூலமாகவோ அல்லது SMS மூலமாகவோ அனுப்பப்பட்டு வருகிறது. பலருக்கு Outstanding Demand இருந்தும் சில சிக்கல்களால் notice வந்தடையாமல் உள்ளது.*

*🔷நோட்டீஸைப் பார்த்த அரசு ஊழியர்களும் ஆசிரியர்களும் "வேணாம். . . முடியல. . . வலிக்குது. . . . அழுதுருவேன்!" என்று வெளிப்படையாகச் சொல்லவில்லை என்றாலும் அத்தகைய நிலையில்தான் உள்ளனர். ஆண்டுதோறும் சம்பளத்தில் 12ல் ஒரு பங்கை வருமான வரியாக முறைப்படிச் செலுத்தி வரும் நமக்கே இப்புடி நோட்டீஸ் வந்துள்ளதே என்று வேதனையோடே உள்ளனர். இவ்வேதனை எதனால் உருவானது? அதைத் தீர்க்க இயலுமா? என்பது குறித்துத் தெளிந்துகொள்ளவே இப்பதிவு.*

*Outstanding Demand என்றால் என்ன?*

*ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட நிதியாண்டில் உங்களது PAN எண் மூலம் நடைபெற்ற (ஊதியம் உட்பட) பணப்பரிமாற்றம் முழுவதிற்குமான வருமான வரியினை வருமான வரித்துறை மென்பொருள் Generate செய்யும். TDS & ITR பணிகளுக்குப் பின்னர், இத்தொகையானது உங்களது PAN எண்ணிலிருந்து பெறப்பட்ட வருமான வரியைவிடக் கூடுதலாக இருக்குமெனில், அந்தக் கூடுதல் தொகை Outstanding Demandஆக அதாவது இன்னும் கட்ட வேண்டிய வருமான வரிப் பாக்கியாக உங்களது PAN கணக்கில் சேரும்.*

*என்னென்ன காரணங்களுக்காக Outstanding Demand உருவாகிறது?*

*6 காரணங்களால் Outstanding Demand உருவாக வாய்ப்புள்ளது. 6 காரணங்களையும் அதற்குரிய பிரிவுகளையும் இனி காண்போம்.*

*143(1)(a)(i) :*

*ITRல் எண்கள் உள்ளீட்டில் பிழை.*

143(1)(a)(ii) :*

*ITRல் தவறான வரி விலக்குகளுக்கு உரிமை கோரியது.*

143(1)(a)(iii) :*

*ITRல் கோரப்பட்ட இழப்புகளுக்கு அனுமதி மறுக்கப்பட்டது.*

143(1)(a)(iv) :*

*ITRல் கோரப்பட்ட செலவினத்திற்கு அனுமதி மறுக்கப்பட்டது.*

*143(1)(a)(v) :*

*ITR ல் கோரப்பட்ட வரிவிலக்குகளுக்கு அனுமதி மறுக்கப்பட்டது.*

*143(1)(a)(vi) :*

*படிவம் 26AS, Form 16 / 16Aல் காட்டப்பட்டதைவிடக் கூடுதலாக வருமானம் வந்துள்ளது.*

Outstanding Demand வந்துள்ளதை வருமான வரித்துறை எவ்வாறு தெரிவிக்கும்?*

*Outstanding Demand வந்துள்ளோருக்கு இத்தகவலை Email, SMS, WhatsApp & Call மூலம் தெரியப்படுத்தும் வசதி வருமான வரித்துறையிடம் உள்ளது. பல நேரங்களில் Mail ID / Mobile No. குளறுபடிகள் காரணமாக இத்தகவல் முறையாகச் சென்று சேராதநிலையும் உள்ளது.*

*தங்களுக்கு Outstanding Demand இருக்கிறதா என்பதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளவது எப்படி?* visil

*incometax.gov.in என்ற (நாம் முன்னர் ITR செய்த) இணையதளத்தில் Login செய்யவும். பின்னர் மேலே நீலநிறப்பட்டையில் உள்ள Menuவில் Pending Actions -> Response to Outstanding Demand என்பதை Click செய்யவும். தங்களுக்கான Outstanding Demand இருந்தால் அந்தத் தொகை உரிய Assessment Year-உடன் தோன்றும். ஏதும் தோன்றவில்லை எனில், உங்களுக்கு தற்போது வரை எவ்வித Outstanding Demandம் இல்லை என்று பொருள்.*

*Outstanding Demand இருந்தால் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும்?*

*எந்த வருடத்திற்கு Outstanding Demand காட்டுகிறதோ அந்த ஆண்டிற்குரிய வருமானவரி ஆவணங்களுடன் இந்தப் பக்கத்தையும் Print செய்து கொண்டு உங்களது அலுவலகம் அமைந்துள்ள மண்டல வருமானவரி* *அலுவலகத்திற்குச் சென்று விபரங்களை அளித்தால் என்ன காரணத்திற்காக Outstanding Demand வந்துள்ளது என்பதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.*

*TDS செய்யும் போது எழுந்த சிக்கலால்தான் என்றால் உங்களது சம்பள அலுவலரிடம் தெரிவித்து இச்சிக்கலைத் தீர்க்க முயற்சிக்கலாம்.*

அல்லது, அந்த ஆண்டில் உங்களது PAN சார்ந்த நடவடிக்கைகளால் ஊதியமற்ற வேறு காரணங்களால் கூடுதல் வருமானம் வரப்பட்டு அதனால் Outstanding Demand வந்துள்ளது என்றால், அத்தொகையை நீங்களே மேலே Outstanding Demand காட்டிய அதே பக்கத்தில் சென்று செலுத்தி கணக்கை நேர்செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.

முறையாக வரிக் கணக்கு தாக்கல் செய்தும் Outstanding Demand தவறாக வந்திருந்தால் சரி செய்ய என்னென்ன ஆவணங்கள் தேவை?

a. Income tax return filed for the AY.*

*b. Form 26AS.*

*c. Form 16/16A (optional).*

*d. Challan paid for the AY to ascertain if claim is correct in ITR (optional).*

*e. Intimation or order u/s.154 from CPC/AO.*

*f. இது தொடர்பான கூடுதல் ஆவணங்கள்.

வருமானவரித் துறையைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாமா?*

இதற்கென தனிப் பிரிவு வருமான வரித்துறையில் அரசு விடுமுறை நாள்கள் நீங்கலாக திங்கள் முதல் சனி வரை காலை 8:00 மணி முதல் இரவு 8:00 மணி வரை செயல்படும். மேலேயுள் பத்தியில் தெரிவித்த ஆவணங்களுடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டு விளக்கம் பெறலாம்.

❤️ஒரு சிறுவன் ஒரு சூப்பர் மார்க்கெட் கடைக்குள் நுழைந்தான். அப்போது அந்த கடை ஓனர் அங்கிருந்த வாடிக்கையாளரிடம் மெதுவாகச் சொன்னார்  

❤️“இந்த உலகிலேயே இவன்தான் மிக முட்டாள் குழந்தையென்றும் அதை இப்போது நான் உங்களுக்கு நிரூபிக்கிறேன் என்று.

❤️அவர் அவனிடம் சென்று ஒரு கேள்வி கேட்கலாமா என்று ‌கேட்டு ஏன் 5 ரூபாய்க்கு பதில் 2 ரூபாயை   பெற்றுக்கொண்டாய்? என கேட்டான்.

❤️ஐஸ்கிரீமை நக்கிக்கொண்டே ‌ அந்த பையன் “என்றைக்கு நான் அவரிடம்  5 ரூபாயை எடுக்கிறேனோ அன்றோடு எனக்கு இந்த பணம் கிடைப்பதே நின்றுவிடும்" என்றான்.😂
