பட்டப்படிப்பு, மேற்படிப்பு, பொறியியல், மருத்துவம், நிர்வாகம்,மற்றும் ஐடி போன்ற படிப்புகளை படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் இதற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். இந்தியாவில் படிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு அதிகபட்சமாக ரூ. 10 லட்சமும், வெளிநாட்டில் படிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு ரூ.20 லட்சமும கல்விக் கடனாக வழங்கப்படும்.கல்விக் கடனுக்கு ஆண்டிற்கு 4% வட்டி வசூலிக்கப்படும். மாணவியருக்கு 3.5% வட்டி வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
