சவர்மா" என்ற உணவு குறித்து பல்வேறு தகவல்கள் செய்தி ஊடகங்களில் உலா வருகின்றன.

 

"சவர்மா" என்ற உணவு குறித்து பல்வேறு தகவல்கள் செய்தி ஊடகங்களில் உலா வருகின்றன.

அடிப்படையில் அது ஒரு அரேபிய உணவாக இருப்பினும் அதன் சுவை காரணமாக இந்தியாவிலும் அந்த உணவு பரவி மக்கள் மத்தியில் விருப்ப உணவாக மாறி உள்ளது.

அது சிறந்த உணவு என்பதில் மாற்று கருத்து இல்லை.

ஆனால் அதன் செய்முறையில் தான் விஷயம் அடங்கி உள்ளது.

வளைகுடா நாடுகளில் வருட கணக்கில் சவர்மாவை உண்டு வரும் இந்திய மக்களுக்கு இதுவரை ஒரு சிறிய பாதிப்பு கூட வந்தது இல்லை. அதற்கு காரணம் அங்குள்ளவர்களின் தொழில் நேர்த்தி மற்றும் நேர்மை.

நம் நாட்டில் செய்முறை குறித்து போதுமான விழிப்புணர்வு இல்லாமல் அரைகுறை ஆக அதை கற்று தயாரித்து விற்பவர்களால் தான் பிரச்சனை.

"சவர்மா" தயாரிப்பில் மாமிசங்களை உரிய முறையில் சுத்தம் செய்து அதை குளிர் சாதனங்களில் பாதுகாப்பான முறையில் பதனிட்டு வைக்க வேண்டும்.

இப்போது நம் நாட்டில் கோடை காலம். வெப்பநிலை மிகவும் அதிகம். எனவே  மாமிசத்தை உரிய வெப்ப நிலையில் பாதுகாப்பாக வைக்கவில்லை என்றால் அந்த உணவு  கெட்டு போகும் வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது.

அரைகுறையாக தொழில் தெரிந்தவர்களால் தரமான "சவர்மா"வை தயாரிக்க முடியாது.

எனவே அரசு உடனடியாக தலையிட்டு  தீவிரமான சோதனைகளை மேற்கொண்டால் மக்களை காக்கலாம்.

கோடை காலம் முடியும் வரை மக்களும் "சவர்மா" சாப்பிடுவதை தவிர்த்து விடலாம். 

ஏனெனில் சுத்தம் சுகாதாரமாக நேர்மையான ஹோட்டல் தொழில் செய்பவர்கள் நம் ஊரில் குறைந்து கொண்டே வருகிறார்கள். பணம் ஒன்றே அவர்களின் குறிக்கோளாக உ‌ள்ளது. அது போன்ற சிலரால் மற்ற அனைத்து ஹோட்டல் தொழில் செய்பவர்களுக்கும் பாதிப்பு நிகழும். 

சவர்மா" மட்டுமல்ல. பெரும்பாலான அனைத்து வகை உணவகங்களும் பணம் ஒன்றையே குறிக்கோளாக கொண்டு செயல்படுகிறது.

இக்கலியுகத்தில் யாரையும் திருத்த முடியாது என்பது தான் நிதர்சனம்.

முடிந்த வரையில் குளிர் சாதன வசதிகள் இல்லாத உணவகங்களில் மட்டும் சாப்பிடுவது நமக்கும் நம் அடுத்த தலைமுறைக்கும் நல்லது.

நம் ஊரில் சில கையேந்தி பவன்களில் கூட தரமான உணவு கிடைக்கிறது.

வீட்டிலேயே பாதுகாப்பாக அனைத்து உணவுகளையும் தயாரித்து உண்பது மட்டுமே நம் உடல் நலத்திற்கு நன்மை பயக்கும்.

ஹோட்டல் உரிமையாளர்கள் தங்கள் சங்கங்களை பயன்படுத்தி உணவு தர சோதனைகளை எந்த விருப்பு வெறுப்பின்றி நடத்தி தவறு செய்பவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டியது காலத்தின் கட்டாயம். 

தவறினால் ஹோட்டல் தொழில் அழிந்து விடும் ஆபத்து உள்ளது.
