2 inch Ginger

1 Lemon , juice extricated

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 Onion , daintily cut

4 cloves Garlic , finely hacked

1 inch Ginger , finely hacked

2 Green Chillies , cut

Salt , to taste

3 branch Curry leaves , generally torn

2-1/2 tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns , coarsely beat

2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)

4 tablespoons Oil , to cook

To Garnish

6 branch Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , slashed for embellish

1 teaspoon Whole Black Pepper Corns , coarsely beat

1 teaspoon Lemon juice
